1. What is our return policy?

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

Please note, no returns are accepted for items based on preference (color, style, size) unless they are damaged or incorrect.

2. How do I exchange a product?

If you receive an incorrect size or color from your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll arrange the exchange.

Important: Customers are responsible for any delivery costs related to the exchange.

3. How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your exchange will be processed within 2–3 days.

4. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your product if it meets the eligibility requirements.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs when sending back items for exchange.

6. What items are not eligible for return?

All items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns based on customer preference (e.g., wrong size or color unless it was an error on our part).
